Management and Marketing Experience

Darcie has held leadership and upper management positions with organizations experiencing dramatic change: Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman; Davis, Kingsley & Company; Deloitte & Touche; WilTel and two architectural firms. She learned firsthand the significance of incorporating creative, right-brain activities into busy workloads to keep up morale and productivity for executives, teams and everyone in between.

As a supervisor and, since 1999 as a consultant, she has a steady track record of creating games to solve problems, generate new business, engage customers and build teams.  Darcie has incorporated games, icebreakers and many inspired teambuilding activities for meetings, retreats and conferences.  She’s earned a reputation for finding imaginative, non-traditional solutions when people get stuck.

The companies who let her uncover those issues that could ruin the success of the deal, rallied through the deal with less fallout.
